At A Plus Grant Writing we understand that our clients provide services that help improve communities. Therefore, we are focused on meeting our clients’ needs. Our goal is to provide A+ customer service.
Services are available on project or retainer basis. The following is a standard fee structure for typical services. However, based on specific needs, we work with our clients to customize a fee schedule, if applicable.
Grant Source Research
A Plus Grant Writing will conduct a customized search for funding sources to fit your project. This may include researching databases of federal programs, state and local government, as well as foundation/corporate funders. Fee for this service is $500.
Grant Writing
Fees for most grant writing assignments range from $2500-$7500 depending on the complexity of the proposal and the amount of advance time given to complete the project.
Foundation/Corporate Giving Proposals
A customized search of foundations and corporate giving grant makers for a single project, prepare letter proposal and application to the best 5 sources identified in the search for a fee of $5000.
Editing and Technical Assistance
Fees for editing proposals the client has prepared and technical assistance is available on an hourly basis. The hourly rate is $100 and is based on the number of hours it takes to complete the project.
Non-Profit Incorporation
Organizations who desire to enhance their opportunity to qualify for specific grants, we complete all required documentation for nonprofit incorporation including the Internal Revenue application and forms if you are interested in obtaining official recognition as a 501(c)(3). Our fee for this service is $3000. The client is responsible for covering the fees associated with filing all documentation as required by state and federal agencies.
Retainer/Services Contracts
As an added value to our clients who desire to reduce expenses associated with hiring full time employees for these services, they may retain A Plus Grant Writing. Fees range from $1500-$3000 per month with a six-month minimum.
Other Fees
For our clients’ convenience and consulting support, on-site visits are available upon request. Clients pay only $500 per day plus travel expenses. All other costs administrative and operational costs are included in the fee structure.
